Periodické vyhodnocování plnění publikačního plánu a informování vedení

Ve zkratce: Jak formálně posoudit, zda byl naplněn publikační plán?

Koordinátor otevírání dat periodicky vyhodnocuje plnění publikačního plánu (doporučujeme jednou ročně). Při vyhodnocení by se měl věnovat především následujícímu:

• Podařilo se otevřít všechny datové sady dle předepsaného harmonogramu?
• Pokud se některé datové sady otevřít nepodařilo, proč?
• Podařilo se otevřít některé datové sady nad rámec předepsaného harmonogramu?
• Existují uživatelé již otevřených datových sad?
• Vznikly nad otevřenými datovými sadami nějaké aplikace?
• Jaké byly náklady na otevření datových sad?

Vyhodnocení lze zdokumentovat ve Výroční zprávě.

S vyhodnocením mohou Koordinátorovi otevírání dat pomoci statistiky přístupů k otevřeným datovým sadám.

Vyhodnocení nákladů na otevření datových sad je důležitou součástí celkového vyhodnocení. Do procesu otevírání dat je zapojena řada pracovníků Poskytovatele dat, kteří otevíráním dat strávili nemalou část svého času.

Koordinátor otevírání dat předává výsledky vyhodnocení nákladů Vedení poskytovatele dat pro informaci.

Vyhodnocením proces otevírání dat nekončí. Koordinátor otevírání dat musí dále zajišťovat, že již zveřejněné datové sady jsou nadále aktualizovány v určených periodách. Může také dále rozšiřovat publikační plán o nové datové sady a zajistit jejich otevření.
