Vytvoření publikačního plánu
Proces vytvoření publikační plánu je zobrazen v diagramu níže. Ve zkratce zahrnuje:
- stanovení rolí pro otevírání dat
- ukotvení odpovědností a postupu publikace do interní legislativy
- vybrání datových sad k otevření (posouzení přínosů, rizik publikace)
- stanovení harmonogramu publikace (i s ohledem na technickou náročnost)
- schválení publikačního plánu vedením
- pravidelné vyhodnocování stavu publikace
Po kliknutí na činnost se dostanete na její popis. Jednotlivé plavecké dráhy odpovídají rolím, které by se měly procesu otevírání dat účastnit. Po kliknutí na roli se dostanete na její popis.
